Ordering Data
Purchasers of GIS digital data products (GIS Base Data on CD: $200, Orthophotography : $1275 for the entire county or $25 for an individual orthophotography tile. Find your tile here.) are required to submit the GIS Data Order Form and License Agreement Unrestricted (pdf). Payment should be submitted in the form of a check made out to Frederick County. Completed Order Forms, License Agreements, and payment can be mailed to:

Data Distribution Policy
Digital data is available for purchase as countywide layers and only with the CD products identified. Digital data for base layers is now also available as a free download. Frederick County's GIS Data Distribution Policy allows for distribution of digital GIS data to domestic governmental agencies and their contractors at a reduced cost or at no cost. Ordering Plats
A plat can be purchased at full size (18 x 24") for $20, or at small scale (11 x 17") for $1. You can request a plat using the Request for Subdivision Plat Prints form, or by using the contact information for Frederick County GIS Document Shop.
