Recycle - Frederick County

NOTE: You will need the serial number imprinted in white one-inch-tall text on the front side of the recycling cart to submit this request.
Submissions missing this information will not be completed.

If you have a recycling cart or bin that is broken and needs to be repaired or replaced, use this form to request work. Carts are issued by the County and repaired or replaced if damaged. We do not replace carts that are "dirty."

Please note: Small, hand-carried recycling BINS will only be replaced if they are the sole recycling container your
household utilizes. We do not replace extra bins that might be used in addition to a County-issued recycling CART.
If you wish to use bins in addition to your cart, they may be purchased from our office for $7.25 each. Please do not enter a request for a purchased bin using this portal, instead:
