Each single family household is entitled to receive and use one recycling cart at no charge. If the recycling cart or bin assigned to your household is missing, please look to see if there is another abandoned recycling container left out on your street. Adopting this container is the simplest way to address the issue. If you cannot find another County recycling cart to use, use this form to request a replacement.
