Each single family household is entitled to receive and use one recycling cart at no charge.
Use this form to request a cart if your address does not have one.

Please note: each household is entitled to receive ONE recycling cart for no charge. If you would like to obtain
an ~additional~ recycling cart, this may be done by paying a one-time, fully refundable fee.
Use the second cart as long as it is needed, and receive a refund when it is returned. Please submit a cart lease form,
available here:
